This company develops and markets cutting-edge genetic testing solutions used in clinical laboratories for the detection of genetic disorders.
Job Description
As part of its international expansion, we are looking for a
Sales Manager
to strengthen its commercial team and lead its growth strategy.
Requirements
Management (60%):
- You lead, motivate, and develop a team of four sales representatives.
- You define clear objectives and ensure their achievement.
- You implement effective sales strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.
- You oversee the training and development of your team members.
Business Development (40%):
- You manage and expand a client portfolio, building long-term relationships with key players in the industry.
- You actively participate in negotiations and contract signings.
- You maintain a strong field presence, with frequent international travel to meet clients and partners.
- You identify and seize new market opportunities in the healthcare and diagnostics sector.
Strategic Vision & Budget Management:
- You develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- You manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- You monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and propose improvement actions.
Profile
- You have proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the medical, biotech, or diagnostics sector.
- You are fluent in English and French (any additional language is a plus).
- You have strong skills in team management, negotiation, and business strategy.
- You have experience in budget management and KPI analysis.
- You are available for frequent international travel.
- You ideally reside near Liège.
