Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, is dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through innovative products distributed globally. The company is active in several key areas of health. In order to strengthen their pharmaceutical affairs department in Belgium, we are looking for a:

Pharmaceutical Affairs Officer


Position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products marketed in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Manage and coordinate the registration files of new products with the health authorities (FAMHP, EMA, etc.).
  • Monitor the evolution of local and European pharmaceutical regulations and ensure their application within the company.
  • Prepare and submit variations, renewals, and other records related to previously registered products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (R&D, marketing, production) to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the audit and certification of product manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring in order to inform the company of new legislation impacting the pharmaceutical market.


Requirements

PROFILE:

  • You have a university degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or similar disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Excellent command of the three national languages: French, Dutch, and English (trilingual).
  • In-depth knowledge of Belgian and European pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Project management skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
